Contact us before calling the company to learn how filing a claim may impact your policy. In most cases, you won’t have a choice; you must inform the company, such as when an accident involves injury or damage to an auto beyond repair. Some claims may be better paid from your pocket if you have a high deductible or if the amount of damage doesn’t warrant the increase in premium for the next five years.

We encourage you to pay your six- or twelve-month premium in full. You can save up to 20% on the premium by paying off the policy. We strongly recommend that you agree to automatic payments from a credit or debit card or a checking account if you need to make monthly payments. We will set that up at the time we start a new policy.
